The Market report data is now available for the 1st quarter of 2010 in Sarasota, Florida.  Sales have begun to take off in Sarasota.  Prices have adjusted and the inventory level has been decreased.  I have compiled neighborhood specific information for the first three months of this year.  By clicking onto the name of each of these popular neighborhoods you will be linked into the home page for that neighborhood.  As you scroll down the page you will see the data for April 1st.  If you scroll further down the page you will see the current available homes that are for sale in that area.
