Siesta Key Condo Rental Restrictions by Building
Siesta Key has over 67 different condo complexes on the Island each having different rental restrictions and policies. Rental restrictions range from a minimum rental of 1 to 3 day stay to a minimum 12 months.
Minimum lease means renting nothing less than each complexes rental policies. Pets are not allowed with rentals.
Why is this? Some complexes don’t mind the more frequent move in and out of people in the building, while others have decided that they don’t want to have as many changes of people moving in and out during their vacations. Each complex has it’s owns rules for rentals.
Many owners of Siesta Key condos rent their units when they are not there which helps to cover or defray the costs of owning a little piece of paradise here on Siesta. Many of the condo buildings have an on-site rental office that will take care of booking and handling all the rental details. If there is not a rental office on-site there are several rental agencies on the Key that can handle the details for you or if you want, you can take care of all the arrangements yourself.
