Turtle Bay Condos on Siesta Key

I recently sold this Turtle Bay condo on Siesta Key to a couple who lives out of state and was looking for a great place to spend some winter time on Siesta Key.  This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,357 sq. ft., 3^rd floor unit that has breathtaking views of the Intracoastal bay waters of Siesta Key.  It was on the market for $399,000 and closed at $375,000.  This was a great value for a condo in this very quite complex.

Turtle Bay is a 2 building complex that has a total of 82 units located at 8701 Midnight Pass Road.  Turtle Bay condos are located at the very southern end of Siesta Key.  After you cross the Siesta Key Bridge at Stickney Point you take a left and head south on Midnight Pass Road.  Turtle Bay will be on your left side just before you get to the entrance for Turtle Beach.  This is the quieter end of Siesta Key with less traffic.  Turtle Bay condos has 28 boat slips that can be rented for $60. a year.  The only requirement is that you must have a boat lift installed.

Turtle Bay on Siesta Key has all of the amenities of a resort style living, which includes; 3 tennis courts, heated pool and spa, BBQ and picnic area by the water, boat slips, fishing pier, and deed beach access across the street.

This is a great place for a second home.  Put your boat in your slip and enjoy boating anytime of the day or night.  The fishing and kayaking is fabulous at this end of Siesta Key.  Enjoy the sunrise from the bay side view and then the sunsets from the Gulf side.  Boating in the Intracoastal tends to be calm even on the windiest of days.  There is the Turtle Beach Marina, a full service marina, almost right next door for any boat needs from fuel to repairs, and there is the Turtle Bay Pub, Turtles on Little Sarasota Bay , and Ophelia’s on the Bay restaurants that are all within walking distance.
