This is the only slip that offers 3 phase power, a must for larger yachts.The Moorings is a full service marina with Harbor Master and 24 hour security. Bay Isles Beach Club and shopping are conviently located near the marina. New owner may become a Yacht Club member to take advantage of additional amenities at the marina and Longboat Key Club.
