This beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained Prestancia home located on Losillias Drive was recently purchased by one of my international customers. I had been working with my customer over the past several seasons showing them properties in several different Sarasota country club neighborhoods. They absolutely fell in love with the Palmer Ranch community of Prestancia. I think when I took them to lunch at the TPC Prestancia club house and they had a chance to meet Wendi Frindell Crisp, the director of membership services, that help to solidify their decision that Prestancia was their style of living.

This home that my couple purchased was not on the market, but I had met the owners and knew that they were thinking of possibly selling at some time in the future. I approached them and set up a time to show my couple when they flew into town to view all the Prestancia homes for sale. The buyers fell in love with the home, and who wouldn’t. I would have to say that this home is one of the most beautifully decorated and best maintained homes that I have ever seen. It showed like a museum! I helped the buyer and seller decide on a price and closing time and then I was able to help the seller become a buyer for their next home in an exclusive gated boating community in south Sarasota.
