The Landings

The Landings in Sarasota is a large popular private gated community of 700 residences located West of Route 41 (Tamiami Trail) just behind the Olive Garden shopping plaza and the Sarasota School District Headquarters buildings between Field Road to the north and Phillippi Creek to the south.
