Casey Key, FL Homes Information
Casey Key is home to fewer than 500 residents who enjoy a private and quiet old Florida charm lifestyleThe Island of Casey Key has become an island retreat with a mix of Florida style beach bungalows nestled between large elegant waterfront mansions.
To own a Casey Key Home is to enjoy miles of pristine sugary white beaches with views of the aqua-blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Because of this, the Casey Key homes for sale market has become one of the most prestigious addresses in all of Florida, now called home to celebrities, artists, prominent business owners, sports figures, movie stars, and famous authors such as Stephen King.
With the Gulf of Mexico on the west side of Casey Key and the bay on the east side of the Island, the majority of the homes on Casey Key are waterfront homes. Because Casey Key is a very narrow island in many spots, many of the Casey Key waterfront properties enjoy a view or contain property on both the Gulf of Mexico and the Bay.
It is not unusual for a Casey Key waterfront home for sale to have a beach view of the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico in the front of the home, while having your boat docked in your backyard on the bayside of the island. Casey Key Homes for sale can range in price from $700,000 to over $12,000,000.
