This beautifully decorated, fully renovated in 2022 home offers a large open concept layout, perfect for gatherings and relaxation. One of the highlights of Paradise Villa is its outdoor space. You can unwind on the spacious screened-in deck with cozy seating while you look out on the brand-new heated pool and hot tub, complete with a sun deck for lounging. The unique sunken fire pit, make this home a one-of-a-kind luxury experience for the entire family to enjoy. To enhance your stay, a complementary golf cart with seatbelts is provided, accommodating up to six people. Inside, the dining room table can accommodate six guests, and additional seating is available at the kitchen island for four guests. The sleeping arrangements at Paradise Villa are luxurious and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom offers a king bed and shares a bathroom with a shower. The upstairs prime bedroom provides a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and the other with a trundle bed (featuring one queen bed and one pull-out full bed). These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub.
