Esplanade at Skye Ranch is a new construction community designed and built be Taylor Morrison Homes that is selling homes starting March of 2020.  All homesites are at least 140' deep and all homes will accommodate a pool.  Esplanade at Skye Ranch is located east of I-75 at the intersection of Clark Road and Lorraine Road which is formally Bee Ridge Extension.

Skye Ranch Information:
Skye Ranch is over 1,000 acres of which includes 100 acres of lakes, 387 acres of preserves, and over 25 miles of walking trails.
A-Rated Schools include Lakeview Elementary, Sarasota Middle, and Riverview High School.
Build out will include 1,200 homes between Cassia at Skye Ranch and Esplanade at Skye Ranch and 360 Townhomes.
Cassia and Esplanade are one community association called Skye Ranch Master Association. 
Townhomes will have their own association.
Estimated Fees for Cassia are $140 per month HOA and CDD ranges form $154-$197 a month.
Fees for Esplanade on Skye Ranch will be determined when that part of the community opens.
Cassia residents are responsible for their own yard and maintenance, but Esplanade at Skye Ranch fees include lawn maintenance.
All community amenities are shared by everyone in the Skye Ranch Master Association.
Esplanade at Skye Ranch will have a planned Adults Only Resort style pool that can by adults in either part of the community.
Lifestyle programs will be planned for all residents of Skye Ranch.
Community Plans include a community park with a Pet Park, Sports Fields, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball.
Neighborhood Park 1 is planned to include a large Recreation Amenity Center of 25,000sq.ft. with fitness facility, resort style pool,     catering kitchen, activity rooms, splash pad and lap pool.
Future Parks will include additional resort-style pools, pet parks, tot lot, pickleball, bocce ball, fire pits.
County Water, sewer, underground utilities, gas community.
