Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club on Palmer Ranch is a large Golf Country Club community located on the southern end of Palmer Ranch in Sarasota, Florida.  The Stoneybrook Country Club is always bustling with activity and is a favorite club for visitors and residents of Palmer Ranch in Sarasota.  There are two gated entrances into Stoneybrook.  The main entrance is from Central Sarasota Parkway and the second residence only entrance from McIntosh Road.  Stoneybrook is one of three golf course communities located in the Palmer Ranch area with the other communities being TPC Prestancia and The Oaks Club.  The popular Stoneybrook Golf Club community offers golf, tennis, walking and jogging trails, close access to the Legacy Bike Trail, convenient drive or bike ride to shopping at the Westfield shopping mall, Lowe's, Costco's, movies, restaurants, and the YMCA, along with being about a 15-20 minute drive to the world famous Siesta Key Beach and a 15 minute drive to downtown Sarasota.

The Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club was opened in 1994 and is a year round, member owned, golf club with an 18 hole, 72 par, Arthur Hills designed course.  The course has been designed to be a challenging and fun course for all skill levels.  The fairways feature Bermuda Grass and Tiffeagle Ultra Drawf greens with water hazards and natural wetlands throughout 17 of the 18 holes. The Pro Shop offers top of the line merchandise and men’s and Ladies apparel from Addidas, Nike, Cutter and Buck, Titleist, Cobra and many more.  The staff is very helpful and can help you with sizing and any special orders that you may need.

Membership to the Stoneybrook Golf Club is mandatory of all home owners and condo owners with the exception of The Stoneybrook Arbor Greens condo section which does not require a full golf membership with home ownership just a social membership and the Estates section of the homes which includes the streets of Knightsbridge Circle, Balmoral Way, Hawksmoor Lane and Westbourne Circle.

The large club house at the Stoneybrook Golf and Country club features a 20,000 sq. foot facility that hosts a community swimming pool, lighted Har-tru tennis courts and a well equipped fitness center.  Inside the clubhouse is a full service restaurant, banquet facilities, and pro-shop.  The banquet facilities offer a view of the 18th green and can host from small private and corporate parties to large receptions of 200 people hosted in the Grande Ball Room.   The Stoneybrook Club House is known for having many activities that include live entertainment with dancing, Bingo Trivia, Pub Night, Rib Night, Bridge, Euchre, Mahjongg and many other activities through-out the year.
