The Hamptons on Palmer Ranch was built by Lennar Homes and has 3 very different areas with a total of 254 homes.  The West Hamptons is only accessible by electronic gate and these are the larger homes within The Hamptons.  The South Hamptons homes are very nice with cul-de-sacs and quite streets.  These homes are considered maintenance free because the HOA fees including lawn and landscaping weekly care.  The North Hamptons has lower fees and the homeowner is responsible for the lawn maintenance. 

The Hamptons on Palmer Ranch is in the Sarasota Public School District for Ashton Elementary, Sarasota Middle School and Riverview High School along with having access to many private schools.
