There are 29 Longboat Key condo buildings that allow owners to have a pet of various sizes and some buildings will allow more than one pet. You will see below each building is different and most condo buildings have a weight restriction on the size of the pet.

Harbour Court Villas - Owners can have 2 pets up to 100 lbs. each.
Harbour Villa Club - Owners can have pet up to 35 lbs.
Islander Club - No Pets
Islands West - Owners can have 2 pets up to 35 lbs. each.
