As the Sarasota Real Estate Market continues to rebound examples of homes selling quickly is the evidence of how strong the Sarasota Market has become in the past several months. Speculation of a rebounding market is one thing, however actual results is another. 
I recently listed this very stately custom built Lee Wetherington home in the Sarasota Neighborhood of Ashley which is located just East of I-75. This Ashley Parkway home located at 5544 Ashley Parkway, came onto the market January 13, 2012 and by January 18 I had a fully executed contract with one of the buyers with whom I had been working with.
