Lido Key Condo Rental Restrictions by Building
Lido Key has over 18 different condo complexes on the Island each having different rental restrictions and policies. Rental restrictions range from a minimum rental of 1 week stay to a minimum 12 months. Most of the complexes have a limit on the number of times that you are allowed to rent out your property. This is to prevent what could be a revolving door effect of constantly having people moving in and out of the building.
Minimum lease means renting nothing less than each complexes rental policies. Pets are not allowed with rentals.
Below is the list of Lido Key Condo buildings and complexes with their rental policies.
Beach Residences - 1 month minimum 3 times a year.
Key Tower South - 1 month minimum 2 times a year.
L’Elegance - 3 month minimum 2 times a year.
Lido Ambassador - 6 month minimum 2 times a year.
Lido Beach Club - 3 month minimum 4 times a year.
Lido Dorset - 1 week minimum 52 times a year.
Lido Harbour - 1 month minimum 2 times a year.
Lido Harbour South - 1 month minimum 2 times a year.
Lido Harbour Towers - 1 month minimum 2 times a year.
Lido Regency - 2 month minimum 2 times a year.
Lido Shores - 1 month minimum 12 times a year.
Lido Surf and Sand - 1 month minimum 2 times a year.
Lido Towers - 1 month minimum 12 times a year.
Orchid Beach Club - 3 month minimum 2 times a year.
Park Residences of Lido - 1 month minimum 6 times a year.
Presidential - 1 month minimum 2 times a year.
St. Armands Towers - 2 year ownership required before renting. 6 month minimum 1 time a year.
Sarasota Harbor East and West - 1 year ownership required before renting. You can only rent it out 2 times in the lifetime of your ownership.
