Lido Key Condo Rental Restrictions by Building

Lido Key has over 18 different condo complexes on the Island each having different rental restrictions and policies. Rental restrictions range from a minimum rental of 1 week stay to a minimum 12 months.  Most of the complexes have a limit on the number of times that you are allowed to rent out your property.  This is to prevent what could be a revolving door effect of constantly having people moving in and out of the building.

Minimum lease means renting nothing less than each complexes rental policies. Pets are not allowed with rentals.

Siesta Key has over 67 different condo complexes on the Island each having different rental restrictions and policies. Rental restrictions range from a minimum rental of 1 to 3 day stay to a minimum 12 months.

Minimum lease means renting nothing less than each complexes rental policies. Pets are not allowed with rentals.

Why is this? Some complexes don’t mind the more frequent move in and out of people in the building, while others have decided that they don’t want to have as many changes of people moving in and out during their vacations. Each complex has it’s owns rules for rentals.
